The following agreement is between Table Rock Kennels, hereinafter referred to as "Breeder," and Puppy Buyer as listed on this form.

In consideration of a purchase price of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), of which five hundred dollars ($500.00) is a non-refundable deposit. Breeder transfers in fee, all rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with the ownership of a male or female puppy as noted in the Puppy Gender Preference section to Puppy Buyer. Breeder will notify Puppy Buyer if the gender of the puppy is available within one (1) week of birth of the litter. If the gender is not available, the deposit can be transferred to a future litter. The remaining balance of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) is due at the time Puppy Buyer picks up the puppy on or after eight (8) weeks of age but before the puppy turns nine (9) weeks. If Puppy Buyer can’t pick the puppy up before nine (9) weeks a daily boarding fee of $50 will be charged and due at the time of pickup. Puppies must be picked up in person or have ground transportation arranged and paid for prior to leaving Table Rock Kennels. All shipping expenses are the Puppy Buyer’s responsibility and Table Rock Kennels is not liable once the puppy leaves the property. 

Puppy Buyer is permitted to view the puppies at Breeder’s location no sooner than four (4) weeks of age. Breeder agrees to send pictures of the (male/ female) puppies upon request. 

Breeder reserves the right to increase the overall price by up to $200 depending on emergency or unexpected veterinarian bills in relation to producing the litter. 

Health Guarantees: 

Breeder certifies that, upon receipt, the puppy is in good health and has been given the first set of vaccinations. 

Puppy Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by his/her veterinarian at his/her expense within three (3) days from date of purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the puppy a clean bill of health, Puppy Buyer must notify Breeder immediately. Breeder reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by Breeder’s veterinarian at Breeder’s cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed-related minor condition is not covered by this guarantee. In the event that the puppy is deemed unhealthy, Puppy Buyer will receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund upon providing documentation from Puppy Buyer’s veterinarian and returning the puppy to Breeder within seventy-two (72) hours of the veterinarian’s examination. Breeder does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after three (3) days from date of purchase. Breeder guarantees puppy is free from heredity crippling defect(s) visible by twenty-four (24) months. If such condition(s) does exist, one of the following will-apply at the option of Breeder:

• One hundred percent (100%) refund of the puppy purchase price will occur when Puppy Buyer provides documentation from a licensed veterinarian regarding the health defect and the puppy is returned to the Breeder at Puppy Buyer’s expense.
• Replacement of the puppy is also an option if Puppy Buyer chooses but only if there is a litter available and Puppy Buyer provides documentation from a licensed veterinarian regarding the health defect and the puppy is returned to the Breeder at Puppy Buyer’s expense.
• This guarantee does NOT cover conditions that are a result of negligence and/or abuse of the puppy. 
• If Puppy has been spayed or neutered before 24 months of age this health guarantee is void.

• Register the litter with FULL registration with the American Kennel Club
• Provide Puppy Buyer with the individual puppy’s AKC registration packet
• Register the litter with FULL registration with NAVHDA
• Provide first set of vaccinations at six (6) weeks.
• Provide veterinary health check.
• Dock tails: 50%-55% of tail will remain.
• Remove dew claws. 

Responsibilities of Puppy Buyer:

• Register the puppy with the American Kennel Club and the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association with the prefix “Table Rock”.
• At pickup have the registered name picked out.
• Hunt the dog a minimum of ten (10) times a year.
• Maintain the puppy in good health for as long as it is owned. As recommended by a veterinarian, Puppy Buyer shall provide for all proper immunizations, regular vaccine boosters, fecal exams, heartworm tests, and routine therapy.
• If, for any reason, Puppy Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, Breeder shall maintain the first right of refusal, however the Breeder is not required to accept the puppy. 

Breeder is hereby released from any and all future liability to Puppy Buyer with regard to Puppy. Puppy Buyer agrees that no other conditions concerning the sale of the Puppy shall ever apply. Puppy Buyer agrees that from the date Puppy Buyer takes possession of the puppy, Puppy Buyer accepts all liability for the actions of the puppy and holds Breeder harmless with regard to any and all third parties.
